Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed to complete the pending land acquisition and compensation works for various projects by March 15.
He has warned the officials that delay in any government project will not be tolerated, it affects the revenue. The Chief Minister has also given instructions to take strict action against those who create obstacles in development works.
On Saturday, through video conferencing from his official residence, he reviewed various projects of the Central and State Government. The Chief Minister said that timeliness is necessary for development projects related to public importance. These have a positive impact on the lives of the common people along with employment generation. Delay in the project increases its cost, which adversely affects the revenue.
CM Yogi gave important guidelines
He directed the District Magistrates to regularly review the work of land acquisition and compensation distribution for development projects. Also, regular communication should be done with the farmers. The District Magistrate should review the development works every week and the Commissioner every 15 days and send its report to the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary’s Office and senior officials of the concerned departments.
Yogi has also instructed the officials to inform the farmers about the circle rate in advance for compensation.
He has also instructed to deploy nodal officers to complete the projects within the stipulated time. He has also said that the quality of development works should be taken care of. He has instructed to take forward the construction of 350-bed hospital by ESIC in Greater Noida and 100-bed hospital in Gorakhpur in a time-bound manner.
CM reviewed the development works
After the construction of the hospital in Greater Noida, about one thousand direct and about three thousand indirect jobs will be created. The Chief Minister also inquired about the progress of many development works related to Varanasi. He said that development and employment generation is our goal.
