New Delhi. Indian team’s all-rounder Shivam Dubey recently participated in Kapil Sharma Show along with Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Akshar Patel and Arshdeep Singh. The host of this show, famous comedian Kapil Sharma asked Shivam Dubey such a question that this all-rounder got into trouble. But then Shivam answered with his mind and then everyone started laughing.
Shivam Dubey plays for Chennai Super Kings in IPL. He has played in this franchise under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Shivam was also a part of the team that won the T20 World Cup in June this year under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma.
Shivam got stuck
On the show coming on Netflix, Kapil asked Shivam that you have played under the captaincy of Dhoni and Rohit and who do you consider the best among the two? As soon as this question came up, Rohit said – I got stuck. At the same time, Suryakumar said – Paaji, this is a very difficult question.
However, Shivam Dubey took some time and answered it. He said, “I feel that whoever you are playing with, whether you are playing in Chennai or in Team India, the captain at that time is the best.”
Hearing Shivam’s answer, Rohit said, “Did you think before giving the answer?”
Then Suryakumar said, “The time is about to come.” Suryakumar meant the IPL auction which is to be held at the end of this year. Before this auction, every franchise has to announce the names of the retained players.
Out of Bangladesh series
Shivam was selected in the three-match T20 series to be played against Bangladesh under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav. This series is starting today in Gwalior. Shivam has been out of this series a day before. He had to leave the series due to a back injury. Tilak Verma has been replaced in his place.
