Lover became a monster on pressure of marriage, raped a girl along with a friend

Ambedkar Nagar. A girl from Baskhari was having a love affair with Manish, a resident of Lahladpur in Aliganj. It is alleged that on November 17, Manish’s friend along with Musaha, a resident of Dilip, took the girl to a park in Akbarpur, where both of them raped the girl. After this, late in the evening, the girl was left in her kinship. When the girl contacted Manish on the phone, he disconnected the call by abusing her and threatening to kill her. On this, the girl appealed to the Superintendent of Police for justice. On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Ajit Kumar Sinha, a case of gang rape has been registered against the accused. Police Station President Baskhari Ashwini Kumar Mishra told that raids are being conducted at the possible hideout for the arrest of the accused.
