New Delhi. The Indian cricket team has left for the tour of South Africa on the morning of Thursday 16 December. All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is not part of this team, who is currently at the peak of his career. Ravindra Jadeja suffered an injury in the first Test against New Zealand and missed the second Test. He is still recovering from this injury, but in the meantime some media reports claimed that Ravindra Jadeja may have to retire from Test cricket due to prolongation of his limited overs career, as he has a serious knee injury.
For several days, the news of Ravindra Jadeja’s retirement from Test cricket robbed the crowd, but the real truth has been told by Ravindra Jadeja himself. Ravindra Jadeja has also said that the news of his retirement is just a rumour. Ravindra Jadeja tweeted one after the other and made the whole truth public. So far, quoting sources, there were reports that he might retire, but Jadeja wrote in a tweet, “False friends believe in rumors and true friends believe in you.” It is clear from this that the news of retirement is completely rumours. In another tweet, this thing has become completely clear like water.
Batting all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has shared a picture in his Test jersey, in the caption of which he wrote, “There is still a long way to go.” Jadeja has made it clear with this caption that he is going to play Test cricket for a long time. Ravindra Jadeja currently remains an important part of India’s team in all three formats. Even the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has retained him for more than Mahendra Singh Dhoni. CSK have spent Rs 16 crore from their purse to retain Jadeja.
