Along with this, regular salary can be ensured to the teachers and personnel working in the school.
The state’s Deputy Chief Minister, Secondary and Higher Education Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma said that every board school in the state will not be able to increase the school fees in the academic session 2021-22. This order will be applicable to all schools of all boards operating in the state. In view of the circumstances arising out of the Corona epidemic, the government has imposed a moratorium on fee hike for all the schools of all the boards operating in the state for the academic session 2021-22. Dr. Dinesh Sharma said that many families have been financially affected due to Kovid. Schools are physically closed, but online reading and reading is going on at most places. In view of all these circumstances, the government has taken such a balanced decision so that the general public does not have to bear any additional burden, besides ensuring regular pay to teachers and non-teaching workers working in all the schools.
You will also be able to pay monthly fees: With this, no one will have to pay transportation fees during the period of school closure. During this time, if there is any problem in giving three months advance fees, the parents will be able to pay the monthly fees of the children.
No transportation fee during the period of school closure: Deputy Chief Minister said that the schools will be able to charge the fee in the academic session 2021-22 according to the same fee structure which was implemented in the year 2019-20. If a school has taken a fee according to the increased fee structure, this fee will be adjusted in the fees for the following months.
Not obliged to pay advance fee: He has said that transportation fee will not be charged during the period of school closure. Apart from this, if any student or guardian is facing any problem in depositing advance fee of three months, then on their request, monthly fee should be charged from them. In this situation, they will not be compelled to pay three months advance fee.
This decision with full sensitivity: Dr. Dinesh Sharma said that till the physical examination is not being done in schools, the examination fee will not be charged. Similarly, till the activities like sports, science lab, library, computer, annual function are not being done, they will not be charged. He said that during the Corona era, the government has also taken a decision with full sensitivity that if a student or student or a member of their family is infected with Corona and they are having trouble in paying fees, then the written request of the concerned student or student But the charge for that month will be adjusted as a monthly installment in the advance months.
Mandate to this effect: It is directed that the salaries of teachers and non-teaching staff working in schools should be given regularly. A mandate to this effect has been issued. Instructions have been given to strictly follow these orders. If any school does not follow these instructions, the parent can make a complaint before the Fee Regulatory Committee set up in the district. Along with this, all the District School Inspectors have been given the responsibility to make them comply with these rules.
