United Nations | India’s UN mission has rejected the dossier handed over to Pakistan’s UN Secretary General Antorio Guterres by calling it ‘a bundle of lies without any basis’.
The spokesman said that the dossier given by Pakistan on the eve of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack in 2008 by Pakistani terrorists has no credibility. “Many terrorists in the list of terrorists declared as terrorists by the United Nations are in Pakistan. Their anti-India propaganda has zero credibility in the international community,” the spokesperson said.
The spokesman said, “And today is the 12th anniversary of the brutal terrorist attack by Pakistan in Mumbai, at such a time, its lies do not last anywhere.”
Earlier, India’s permanent representative T.S. Thirumurthy tweeted in a tweet protecting Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden, “Remember Abbottabad!” Bin Laden was killed by the US Special Forces in a house near the Pakistan Military Academy in Abbottabad.
Pakistan’s Permanent Representative Munir Akram met Guterres on Tuesday while trying to link Dossier to cross-border attacks, saying that he was coming to India from the Afghan side. This dossier of alleged Indian links to terrorism is a sequel to Pakistan’s diplomatic failures at UN and international forums.
Pakistan had earlier failed to nominate Indians as terrorists by the Security Council Sanctions Committee in September and last month the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) decided to put Pakistan on its gray list of countries that fund terrorist organizations. Let’s facilitate.
