The Central Government has also released the guideline of Unlock-3, which will be applicable from August 1. In this, the ban on night movement has been lifted, while schools and colleges will remain closed till 31 August in Unlock-3. This will also be followed in Uttar Pradesh.
The Central Government has released the guidelines for Unlock-3. In the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, permission has been given to open the gym from August 5. The government has also removed the night curfew. Restrictions on metro, rail and theaters will continue. The government has said that Independence Day programs will be done with social distancing. Also other health protocols have to be followed. The Ministry of Home Affairs said that after extensive discussion with states and union territories, it has been decided that schools, colleges and coaching institutes will remain closed till 31 August.
The Union Home Ministry of the Central Government has issued guidelines for Unlock-3. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued new guidelines to open more activities in areas outside the Containment Zone. Unlock-3 will be applicable from 2020. In this also, the process of reopening phased activities has been taken forward. The new guidelines, released on Wednesday, are based on the feedback received from states and union territories and extensive consultation with the concerned central ministries and departments.
The new guideline has lifted restrictions on movement of people during the night. According to the new guidelines, yoga institutions and gymnasiums will be allowed to open from August 5, 2020. School colleges and other educational institutions will remain closed till 31 August 2020. Not only this, permission to open metro rail, cinema hall, swimming pool, theater, bar, auditorium, entertainment park is also not allowed this time. Lockdown will continue in the content zones as before. There will be a ban on social, religious, political, cultural or entertainment related events, rallies and events in which crowds gather.
These activities will be closed
– Metro Rail, Cinema Hall, Swimming Pool, Amusement Park, Theater, Bar, Auditorium, Assembly Hall and similar places.
– Social / political / sports / entertainment / educational / cultural / religious work and other big circles.
– Depending on the assessment of the situation, the dates for opening these will be set separately.
States have to decide on these activities
Depending on their assessment of the situation, states and union territories may prohibit certain activities outside the container zone or impose such restrictions if deemed necessary. There will be no restriction on the inter-state and inter-state movement of persons and goods. No separate permission / approval / e-permit will be required for such a movement.
Recommend them to stay at home
As before, this time also the elderly above 65 years, people suffering from severe illness, pregnant women and children below 10 years have been advised to stay in the house. These people can go out of the house only if they are very urgent or have health problems.
Protection for vulnerable people
Weak persons, that is, persons over 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women and children under 10 years of age, are advised to stay at home, except for necessary needs and for health purposes. .
Use of health bridge
Use of the Arogya Setu mobile application will continue to be encouraged.
