New Delhi: Bhoomipujan is scheduled to be held on August 5 for the construction of the temple in Ayodhya. Here, the Peace Party has reached the Supreme Court in protest against the petition challenging the Places of Worship Act 1991 on the Kashi-Mathura dispute. The Peace Party has demanded to make itself a party in this matter. The Peace Party of India has said that the Supreme Court should not even issue a notice in this matter because it will create fear in the Muslim society. Earlier, Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind has also filed an application on this matter yesterday. The Supreme Court had postponed the hearing of the case for four weeks.
Vishva Bhadra Pujari Purohit Mahasangh, an organization of Hindu priests, challenged the provision of this act. The petition demanded permission to resume legal proceedings on the Kashi and Mathura disputes. This act states that the religious place which belonged to the religious place on August 15, 1947, will remain the same today, and in the future, even though the Ayodhya dispute was excluded from it because the legal dispute over it was going on. It has been said in the petition that this act has never been challenged and no court has considered it in a judicial manner.
Even in the Ayodhya verdict, the Constitution bench only commented on it. At the same time, the Muslim side has also reached the Supreme Court after challenging the law on disputes like Kashi-Mathura in the Supreme Court. Jamiat Ulema A Hind has also filed an application in the Supreme Court. The petition has opposed the petition of Hindu priests. It said that the court should not issue notice on this petition. Issuing notice in the case will create fear in the minds of the people of the Muslim community regarding their places of worship, especially after the Ayodhya dispute. This case will destroy the secular fabric of the nation.
