Lucknow. In view of increasing cases of corona infection, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to put a lockdown in the state again. This lockdown will be in force from 10 pm on Friday night to 5 am on 13 July. During this period, except for essential services, everything has been ordered to be closed for three days. Please tell that the number of infected in the state has crossed 31 thousand. So far 862 people have lost their lives. As the scope of the Korana investigation is increasing in the state, the number of infected people is also increasing.
Rapidly increasing cases of corona infection have brought Uttar Pradesh back into lockdown status. Like the one-day Janata curfew, the Yogi government of UP has announced a three-day lockdown between Unlock-2. The Chief Secretary has issued orders to close all offices, hot and market business establishments from ten o’clock on Friday night to five in the morning of 13 July.
In Unlock-1 and 2, the government gave many concessions, since which cases of corona infection have been increasing rapidly. This time again, the ruling issued a three-day lockdown order on Thursday amid the ongoing lockdown speculation. However, this time, along with corona infection, it has also been said to protect against communicable diseases. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has already issued instructions for the state-wide campaign of cleanliness and sanitation on July 10, 11 and 12. It is believed that the lockdown can be applied for a longer period after this three-day trial as before if the infection does not stop. However, no one is officially ready to say in this regard.
Guideline released for three days
In Uttar Pradesh, all offices, urban and rural haats, markets, Galla mandi, commercial establishments etc. will remain closed.
All essential services like health, medical services, supply of essential commodities will continue as before.
There will be no restriction on movement of persons connected with essential services, corona warriors, sanitation workers and door step delivery.
Railway movement will remain the same as before. UP Transport Corporation will arrange buses for passengers coming by trains.
Apart from buses meant for the movement of railway passengers, the operation of other buses of the Transport Corporation will be restricted in the state.
Domestic and international air services will remain unchanged. There will be no restriction on the movement of such passengers.
There will be no restriction on the movement of cargo vehicles. Transportation on national and state routes will continue. Petrol pumps and dhabas located on their banks will remain open.
Officers and employees associated with the three-day cleanliness and sanitization will be free from these restrictions.
The campaign of medical screening and surveillance of all the members living in each household through the Kovid-19 / Communicable Disease Surveillance Team from the Health Department will continue uninterrupted.
All industrial factories will remain open
All industrial factories in rural areas will remain open during this period, in which physical distance and health restrictions will be strictly followed. The rest will remain closed except for industrial factories which are continuously operating in urban areas.
During this period, only the identity card of the officers / employees related to the office and services free of these restrictions will be treated as duty pass and their movement will not be stopped.
Major construction works such as expressways, major bridges and roads, major construction of Public Works Department, government buildings and private projects will continue.
Awareness program will be conducted in every public place such as hospitals, medical colleges, industrial establishments, intersections, etc., through the public address system by the district administration and police and municipal bodies, to protect against Kovid-19 and communicable diseases. Magistrates and police officers will undertake a joint tour in each district. Patrolling will be done by police teams / UP 112 and these arrangements will be strictly followed.
Nodal officers deployed in districts to review the corona infection on behalf of the government will monitor these new guidelines along with their predetermined obligations.
