In this case, questions were being raised on the then SSP Anant Dev Tiwari that the CO had written a letter to him about the connivance of Vikas Dubey and suspended SHO Vinay Tiwari, so why did they not act on both? The CO’s apprehension also proved to be true when on July 2, a team of 20 policemen from three police stations led by the CO attacked Vikas Dubey with the goons.
