The girl’s family has filed a complaint against the accused youth and registered a case in Line Bazar police station. The entire case is from a village in Sarai Khwaja police station area.
According to the information received from the police, a Muslim youth from the neighboring village had eloped with the Dalit girl after trapping her in his love trap. In such a situation, the girl’s family had registered a case against the youth. The girl got so much tempted by the accused that she is adamant on staying with him. Despite the girl’s family’s refusal, both of them kept talking secretly.
The family expressed objection to it
The girl’s family alleges that the accused Salman called the girl to the civil court on Thursday. The family thought that their daughter would give some statement in the court, so the parents reached the civil court with the daughter. However, the accused youth was going to marry the girl by deceiving her family. In the court, the young man put sindoor in the girl’s maang and said that he is going to marry her. He asked the family members to come and sign so that the paperwork can be completed. When the girl’s family members objected to the girl’s marriage to a Muslim boy, the accused started using force.
Lawyers beat up the Muslim youth
The advocates of the civil court got suspicious after seeing sindoor in the maang of the Muslim boy and the girl. When the lawyers questioned the Muslim boy and the girl, both of them were exposed. Seeing the case of love jihad, the angry advocates beat up the young man fiercely in the court premises itself. The accused youth somehow saved his life and ran away from there. However, the video of the beating of the youth is becoming increasingly viral on social media. On receiving the information of the beating of the youth in the court premises, the police of Line Bazar police station also reached the court. After this, the girl’s family told the whole story.
Case registered on the complaint of family
