Badaun. Bareilly police kept running in search of murder accused Bhure Yadav and Rajveer. On the other hand, both the accused used the police as a pawn to deceive the police. By colluding with Badaun’s Mandi Chowki in-charge Veer Singh and the constables, both the accused went to jail on charges of possessing a pistol. When this news reached the officials, there was a stir.
On confirmation of collusion in the initial investigation, the Chowki in-charge and three constables were suspended. SSP Dr. Brijesh Kumar Singh has also ordered a departmental inquiry against the four. On November 27, Janseva Kendra operator Nanhe Babu was murdered in Bareilly’s Rajau. In this FIR, the main accused Bhure Yadav and his brother Rajveer Yadav were absconding.
The accused had fled to Badaun
The daylight murder had challenged the police, so many teams were deployed to search for both the accused. There is a discussion in the police department that both of them were afraid of encounter, so they fled to Badaun. Here in Civil Lines area, he met his former acquaintance Mandi Chowki Incharge Daroga Veer Singh and he prepared a way to escape.
As per the script prepared in connivance, Veer Singh issued a press note on Tuesday. It was written in it that during checking, Bhure and Rajveer Yadav, residents of Rajau in Bareilly, were arrested with pistols. As an achievement, the press note also mentioned the names of Chowki Incharge Veer Singh, constable Shobhit Yadav, Kalicharan and Sushil in the arresting team.
When Nanhe’s family came to know about this on Wednesday, they complained to IG Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh. He spoke to SSP Dr. Brijesh Kumar Singh of Badaun. An inquiry was immediately initiated in which Chowki Incharge Veer Singh, constable Shobhit Yadav, Kalicharan and Sushil Kumar were suspended. SSP Dr. Brijesh Kumar Singh says that the matter was investigated. Prima facie, the allegation of connivance was found to be true and all the four police personnel have been suspended. Departmental inquiry is also being conducted.
This is how the game happened
When an accused living in any other area is caught, the concerned police station of that area is informed. Apart from this, the Mandi Chowki in-charge did not tell anything about Bhure and Rajveer to the Bithri Chainpur police. Both the accused felt that the Bithri Chainpur police station could encounter them in the daylight murder case. To avoid this, Chowki in-charge Veer Singh became helpful. Now the Bithri Chainpur police station will file an application in the court to take both the accused on remand.
