A seven-year-old child died in celebratory firing in Prayagraj district of UP. Two children are seriously injured. Both are being treated in a nearby hospital. Everyone was enjoying the food. Meanwhile, an incident happened which stunned everyone. Suddenly the girl’s brother arrived at the engagement ceremony with a 12 bore gun and started firing continuously.
One child died due to bullet injury, 2 injured
During the firing, a seven-year-old innocent Kartikeya got shot. Kartikeya died on the spot as soon as he was shot. 11-year-old Ayush and 10-year-old Aradhana were also shot, due to which both were seriously injured. Both were immediately admitted to a nearby hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
The girl’s brother who fired the shots is absconding
The joyous atmosphere of the engagement ceremony turned into mourning due to the celebratory firing. As soon as the information was received, the Karchana police team reached the spot. The police investigated the spot. According to the information, the girl’s brother had fired with a 12 bore gun. After the incident, he fled from the spot. At present, the police team is searching for him.

Giving information about the incident, Karchana police station said that the condition of both the children injured in the celebratory firing is stable. A seven-year-old child has died. The child’s name is Kartikeya. He had come to the engagement ceremony with his parents and he got shot in the celebratory firing. Police said that the celebratory firing was none other than the girl’s brother. He is absconding since the incident. He is being searched for.
