Ghazipur SP MP Afzal Ansari has once again given a big statement regarding the death of his younger brother mafia Mukhtar Ansari. During a press conference in Ghazipur, Afzal Ansari called Mukhtar Ansari’s death a murder. He has said that Mukhtar Ansari’s death was a government-sponsored murder.
SP MP Afzal Ansari said that Mukhtar Ansari was murdered in an attempt to save the big mafia (Brijesh Singh, Tribhuvan Singh) nurtured in the lap of the government. Afzal Ansari said that Mukhtar’s testimony would have punished that mafia. He said that ‘Mukhtar was murdered in judicial custody, the government and the media have been calling it a heart attack from the beginning. However, the case is pending in the Supreme Court, its decision will be taken there.
Attack on Mukhtar Ansari’s convoy
Actually, Mukhtar Ansari’s convoy was attacked in the year 2001. In this, three people including Mukhtar’s government gunner died. After which Mukhtar Ansari had filed a case against Brijesh Singh in Muhammadabad police station. Mukhtar Ansari was to testify in this case.
Case registered after 23 years
Afzal Ansari further said that if Mukhtar Ansari had testified in the case going on against that mafia, the scene would have been different. All the witnesses of that case were framed by making them accused. He said that the case was registered after 23 years in the same incident which happened in 2001. Then the witnesses were forced not to testify. Because he is a mafia kingpin nurtured by the government.
The government did not conduct a separate investigation
The case of Mukhtar’s death is still in the Supreme Court and whatever side has to be put forward in this regard, they will put it in the court. He said that in India there is a provision of magisterial investigation in any custodial death, but the Uttar Pradesh government did not conduct any separate investigation. If someone dies in a custodial death even on TV, then there will be a magisterial investigation of that too. This investigation is done so that whatever is right and wrong can be buried.
