After the cabinet meeting chaired by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday, the charge of all the ministers was changed. This means that the person who was the minister of a particular district earlier, has now been made the minister in charge of another district. Both Deputy CMs Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak have been made the ministers in charge of 25 districts each. Along with this, all of them have been asked to visit their respective districts.
CM Yogi has also kept 25 districts with himself. It was said that in the coming days, the charge will be changed again on the basis of rotation. During this, CM Yogi appealed to all the ministers to maintain mutual coordination and take the organization along. He has given necessary instructions to take the government’s public welfare policies and schemes to the public.
CM Yogi gave instructions
In the meeting, CM Yogi gave instructions to the ministers in charge and said that the Swachhata Abhiyan is to be launched on September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. CM said that all the ministers in charge will ensure participation in this program in the districts under their charge, so that this campaign of cleanliness becomes a mass movement, for this everyone will have to make efforts together.
Ministers in charge will visit districts
He said that the minister in charge of the district will visit his district in charge at least once every month for 24 hours. Also, the minister in charge will discuss the issues related to governance with the core committee and will prepare a report and present it to the concerned department in the government and CM office every month.
CM said that during the stay in the districts, there should be a meeting with the respected citizens, religious leaders, progressive farmers, business organizations and social leaders or with a group of them.
Resolve complaints
He said that in the review meeting of the district, public complaints should be resolved on the basis of merit. Also, the review report of law and security, revenue department (inheritance, measurement, transfer, land use) including IGRS, CM Helpline etc. should be sent compulsorily to CM office and the concerned department.
Verification of development projects
During the stay, physical verification of the development projects and public welfare schemes of the Central and State Government should also be done at the local level. Also, during this time, physical inspection of any one of the shelter places, village secretariat, purchase center, fair price shop, agricultural science center should be done.
Discussion on publicity
At the same time, the work of Atal Residential School, Primary School, School, Government College, Kasturba Gandhi University and College under construction, operation of Polytechnic and ITI should be reviewed. At the same time, there should be a discussion on publicity by exploring the possibilities of local tourism development.
During this, a meeting should be held with the district administration, police administration regarding the traffic problem. Also review the measures for road safety. At the same time, the review of development blocks should be done compulsorily in the review meeting of the district.
Inspect health facilities
Primary and community health centers, district hospital, medical college should be inspected and programs should be reviewed. Ayushman card, availability of medicines, availability of doctors and paramedical staff in the hospital. It is necessary to inspect the functioning of Anganwadi centres, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana, construction of village secretariats, presence of personnel posted in the village etc.
