Hathras. The government has given a gift to the sisters on Rakshabandhan. Sisters will not have any problem in going to their brothers’ house on Rakshabandhan. Sisters can come and go to their brothers’ house for free by roadways buses. For this, the transport department will operate buses on every route from the district. The transport department is busy making a strategy for operating the buses. Like every year, this time also the government has given the gift of free travel to the sisters on Rakshabandhan.
This facility will be given from 12 o’clock on the night of 18 August to the night of 19. 86 buses operate from the Hathras depot of the Transport Department. On the said date, operation of all buses will be ensured on every route. Before that, instructions have been given to all the depot in-charges to repair the buses.
Tickets of zero will be issued
On the day of Rakshabandhan, tickets will be issued in the buses operated to take the sisters to their brothers’ house. The conductors will give tickets to the sisters, but this ticket will be of zero. Due to this, the department will have the data of how many sisters traveled by roadways bus.
Facility will be available in AC buses
Sisters will be provided facility in AC buses apart from ordinary roadways service and contracted buses to go to their brothers’ house. Sisters can also complete their journey in AC buses in the humid heat.

On the day of Rakshabandhan, free service has been provided to sisters to go to their brothers’ house. For this, the driver and conductor will take care that the sisters do not face any kind of problem.
Buses will make extra trips for two days
Roadways buses will make extra trips for two days on Rakshabandhan. On normal days, buses make eight trips, but on Rakshabandhan and the day after that, they will make 10 trips. This will make it easier for sisters to travel.
Ban on leave of employees
Roadways has banned the leave of all employees. The leaves of employees who have already gone on leave have been cancelled. Station in-charge Veeri Singh says that all drivers and conductors have been instructed to remain on duty. Efforts will be made to keep all the buses of the depot on route.
