A shocking incident of robbery has come to light from Lucknow, where goods worth lakhs were stolen from a house by taking family members hostage. The miscreants adopted such a trick to enter the house situated in a high-rise building that even the police were surprised. Actually, the miscreants had formed a human chain to reach the height. They reached the roof of the house by standing one on top of the other.

Lucknow Police has arrested a gang that committed robbery worth lakhs from a businessman’s house in Gudamba area last week. When interrogated, it was revealed that to enter a high-rise building, this gang used to form a human chain, reach the rooftop and then carry out the incident. At present, five people including the gang leader have been arrested. The search is on for the sixth member of the gang.
According to the information, an incident of robbery by taking hostage was carried out in the house of a businessman on the night of 23rd and 24th April in Paikramau village of Gudamba police station area of Lucknow. The police started investigation and arrested the gang that carried out the crime. Police have arrested gang leader Yusuf Khan along with Kaushal Kumar, Nurul, Saif and Haleem.

When interrogated, it was found that Nurul, Saif and Haleem in the gang were doing recce in the newly developing colony. Then, targeting the house, the entire gang would plan when and at what night to enter the house and commit the crime. In this, Noorul, Saif and Haleem would form a human chain, climb the wall of the house, go to the roof and then go inside the house and commit the crime.
Gang leader Yusuf Khan would stand at the gate of the house with a pistol so that if any danger was felt, the three members who were carrying out the crime could be alerted. At the same time, if any danger was felt at the time of the incident, Yusuf Khan had set a separate signal for it. If he had blown a short whistle, Nurul, Saif and Haleem, who were committing the crime, would have come out of the house. On the other hand, at a short distance from home, Kaushal remained in full alert mode in the car. When there was danger, he would put the gang members in the car and run away.
Lucknow Police has recovered the jewelery looted in the crime from the gang. The car used in the same incident has also been recovered. The recovered car is said to belong to absconding accused Bhupendra, who used to charge regular fare for using the car in any crime, which was deducted from the gang’s expenses. At present the police is busy searching for Bhupendra.
