Kanpur. Judicial inquiry has been ordered into the death of mafia Mukhtar Ansari. The investigation report has been sought within a month. Mukhtar’s son Omar Ansari had on Thursday night raised the demand to get the matter investigated by a judge.
In the inquiry order made by Chief Judicial Magistrate of Banda, Bhagwan Das Gupta, it has been said that the Senior Superintendent of District Jail Banda has nominated the investigating officer for the judicial inquiry into the death of convicted undertrial Mukhtar Ansari, detained in the jail, on March 28. Has been prayed for.
The investigation will be conducted under the leadership of Garima Singh.
On the same basis, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate MP MLA Court Garima Singh has been appointed as the investigating officer and has been asked to submit the report within a month. A copy of the order has been sent to the investigating officer. Further action will be taken based on the investigation report.
Son Omar demanded postmortem from Delhi AIIMS
Mukhtar Ansari’s son Omar Ansari has written a letter to the District Magistrate of Banda demanding that the postmortem of his father be done by the doctors of Delhi AIIMS. In his letter, Ansari has written that his family does not trust the medical system of Banda.
