The matter is of the year 1992. Vipin alias Emmanuel Paul, an employee of a local medical store, was 15 years old at that time. He had then given the high school examination. Uncle Samson Paul had adopted him. Vipin told that one day while playing cricket with his friend Robinson, the ball went towards the railway warehouse.
Uncle got bail the next day
When both of them went to collect the ball, the RPF employees accused them of being coal thieves and arrested them. After writing a report, both the children were sent to jail. But the very next day his uncle got him bail.
Police put him in jail on March 16
