In Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, a constable molested a girl. The constable was trying to force him to sit on his bike. On the complaint of the victim, the accused constable has been arrested and suspended. The victim is a nurse in a private hospital. At the same time, the accused constable is posted on the van of UP 112 in Bahjoi town of the district.
A case has been registered against the constable in Baniyather police station of the district on the complaint of molesting and assaulting the girl. On February 12, the victim’s father had filed a complaint against the accused constable. He was absconding after the case was registered. The police arrested him and presented him in the court. From where the accused constable has been sent to jail.
Policeman tried to force the girl to sit on the bike
In the complaint given to the police by the father of the victim girl, a case has been registered against the accused constable Tanveer Ahmed. It has been told in the complaint that his daughter works as a nurse in a private hospital in Chandosi. She was returning home after doing her duty on Monday evening. It is alleged that constable Tanveer Ahmed posted on UP 112 van reached her daughter while chasing her on a bike. He started flirting openly and tried to force his daughter to sit on his bike. When the daughter protested against the constable by making noise, he beat her. It is alleged that the accused constable threatened to kill his daughter and left from there.
The victim’s father filed a case
When the daughter reached home she was very scared. He came home and told his family about the entire incident. The family members reached the police station and registered a case against the accused constable. Based on the complaint of the victim girl’s father, the police registered a case against constable Tanveer Ahmed for molesting, assaulting and threatening to kill the girl. Superintendent of Police Kuldeep Singh has suspended the accused constable and ordered an investigation into the matter.
