A small mistake led to a tragic accident in Mainpuri district of UP. Here the cot caught fire from the bonfire. During this, six-month-old twin sisters were burnt alive. There was chaos in the house after the death of the girls in the accident. The parents and other family members are in bad condition with tears in their eyes.
The incident took place in Aunchha town of Mainpuri district. Gaurav alias Dilip Kumar, who lives near Mainpuri Road, had gone out of his house on Monday afternoon. At home, his wife Rajni was making their six-month-old twin daughters Riddhi and Siddhi sleep on a Newar cot in the room on the terrace. During this time, so that the girls did not feel cold, they lit a bonfire in a pan under the cot and came down to do household work.
After some time, the neighbors saw that smoke was coming out from the room on the upper part of Rajni’s house. People made noise on this. When Rajni reached the room on the roof after hearing the noise, she was shocked. Rajni told that here she saw both innocent girls surrounded by flames.
Seeing Rajni screaming, people from the neighborhood reached the spot and extinguished the fire. After this, people took the seriously burnt girls to the district hospital. From where both the innocents were referred to Medical College Saifai. During this time both the innocent people died on the way. On receiving information about the accident, the police station also reached the spot. On the other hand, there is chaos in the house after the death of the girls in the accident. The parents and other family members are in bad condition with tears in their eyes. There is mourning in the entire village since the incident.
