The woman who eloped with her brother-in-law on Karva Chauth in Meerut is being discussed everywhere. After this incident, the statement of the woman’s husband has come out. In which he has said that now he will observe a fast on the death of his wife. The victim’s husband appealed to the police to find his wife and said that he wanted to get his child back.
According to the information, Ashok, resident of Jani area, was married to Priya, resident of Amhera, Ganganagar in 2019. Both were happy after marriage and they also have an 18-month-old son. On Tuesday, the victim Ashok reached Meerut SSP office and told that his wife had eloped with her brother-in-law. When he returned home from work in the evening and the people around told him about it.
The husband reached the police station requesting to find his wife.
The victim Ashok works as a laborer, on the day of Karva Chauth, his brother-in-law Rahul came home and took away his wife and children. Ashok told that he had also taken his wife shopping for Karva Chauth. Apart from this, he told in his complaint to the police that his wife also took away jewelery worth Rs 15,000 kept in the house with herself. Ashok has appealed to the police that his wife Priya and his son should be recovered safely and a case should be registered against the accused Rahul.
Police registered the case and started investigation
In this case, SP Dehat Kamlesh Bahadur said that a person living in Jani police station area has alleged that his wife has been abducted by his brother-in-law. The application has been given, the entire matter will be investigated and action will be taken accordingly. Police teams are busy searching for the woman and the young man, along with the help of surveillance is also being taken.
