Another suit was filed in the Agra district court on Thursday, claiming that the deity of Shri Krishna is buried under the stairs of the Jama Masjid in Tajnagari, Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, a petition was also filed in this regard on behalf of storyteller Devkinandan Thakur.
In this case, advocate Ajay Pratap Singh said that he has made Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board Lucknow and Jama Masjid Management Committee Agra defendants in his case. He told that the court has accepted the suit. At the same time, the court has fixed the date of September 11 for hearing in the case.

In fact, in the suit filed in the district court, it has been claimed that the Sri Krishna Janmasthan Temple (Katra Keshav Rai Temple) located in Mathura was demolished in the year 1670 on the orders of the Mughal ruler Aurangzeb. Then after that the mosque was built at that place. Not only this, in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, Lord Krishna and other deities were buried by Aurangzeb under the steps of the royal Jama Masjid of Agra.

At the same time, the court of Civil Judge Senior Division transferred the case to the court of Small Litigation Judge (Judge Khafifa) Bhartendu Gupta.
Devki Nandan also filed a suit
Let us inform that in this case, a suit filed by Bhagwatacharya story reader Devki Nandan is also pending. He filed a suit related to this on 11 May. So far three hearings have taken place in this case. According to the information, the next hearing is to be held on August 18.
