Ayodhya. An important change will be seen in the security of Ram Janmabhoomi. Comprehensive changes have been planned in the security system of Ram Mandir on the basis of CISF’s security audit. CISF had conducted a security audit of the Ramjanmabhoomi complex last year, since then it was expected that the security of the Ram temple could be handed over to the CISF in future.
DG CISF Sheelvardhan Singh and DIG Sumant Singh, who arrived here on Wednesday, inspected the Ramjanmabhoomi complex. The increasing activism of CISF officials has sealed the possibility. ADG Zone Piyush Mordia, IG Range Praveen Kumar and SSP Rajkaran Nayyar also accompanied him. The officers inspected the premises for three hours. Along with the red zone, planning has also been done in the security audit for the outer area of the yellow zone adjacent to the campus.
At present CRPF, Police and PAC are deployed in the security of Ramjanmabhoomi. The security of the sanctum sanctorum is handed over to the CRPF. ADG Zone Piyush Mordia told that CISF officials had come to review the security arrangements. CISF has good experience in the security of the country’s airports, Taj Mahal, Metro and many other historical buildings and important places.
