Ghazipur: The police administration on Sunday attached the land and building of Zakir Hussain alias Vicky, an active member of Mafia Mukhtar Ansari gang IS-191, located in Mustafabad of Sadar Kotwali area. Its estimated cost is said to be Rs 1.5 crore. The action taken by the district administration under the Gangster Act has created a stir.
The difficulties of his family and associates with Mafia Mukhtar Ansari are increasing continuously. On June 11, Jangipur police station chief had sent a report to the superintendent of police that Mustafabad resident Zakir Hussain alias Vicky, an aide and member of IS-191 gang leader Mukhtar Ansari, creates a gang and disturbs the public order.
Not only this, he has created benami immovable property for himself and the gang members through criminal and anti-social activities. Superintendent of Police Omveer Singh also gave his recommendation on the report. After this, District Magistrate Aryaka Akhori ordered attachment under the Gangster Act. In this sequence, the police reached under the leadership of Tehsildar Sadar Lalji Vishwakarma and CO City Gaurav Singh and attached his land and building by making Munadi.

The Superintendent of Police said that the property worth Rs 1.5 crore of Zaheer Hussain alias Vicky, an associate of Mafia Mukhtar Ansari, has been attached. Zakir Hussain is a Partner at Vikas Construction. Vikas Construction is in the name of mafia Mukhtar Ansari’s wife Afsha Begum, brother-in-law Sarjeel Raza, Atif Ansari and Vicky alias Zakir Hussain as the fourth partner.
