Bhadohi: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Here a big accident happened while filling nitrogen gas in the cylinder of fire extinguisher. A young man died tragically due to a cylinder explosion. The name of the young man is Sheru. As soon as the information about this incident was received, the local police reached the spot. A police officer has told that the spot has been inspected. Police has sent Sheru’s body for postmortem.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Bharti, no one has lodged any complaint against anyone regarding this incident. The incident is of Kajiana ward number 25 located at Lippan Tiraha in Bhadohi. There is a fire fighting godown in a locality here. The work of filling nitrogen gas in the cylinder of a fire extinguisher was being done. Meanwhile the cylinder burst.
Warehouse was running without license
Sheru, son of Asghar Ali of Jalalpur, who was working there, lost his life in this accident. Sheru’s age is said to be 24 years. Local people are also questioning the working style of the police administration. According to him, the fire fighting factory (warehouse) was running illegally in the locality for the last several years without a license. But, the administration remained indifferent. None of the officers looked at the godown.
Forensic department team reached the spot
At the same time, as soon as the information about the accident was received, a unit of the Forensic Department also reached the spot. The team collected all the evidence present at the scene. According to Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Bharti, the deceased Sheru was working at Shamsher Khan’s place for the last 6 years. He used to fill gas in the fire extinguisher.
The warehouse was open on the ground floor
It is being told that the godown was open on the ground floor of a house. According to the local people, the explosion was so strong that it seemed that a bomb had exploded. According to the police, Shamsher Khan was running a fire factory here for 20-25 years. In the year 2002, he had registered with the Labor Department. But after the year 2009, Shamsher Khan never got the factory renewed. According to the ASP, further action will be taken only after receiving a complaint from the deceased’s family.
