Kanpur: The UP Anti-Terrorism Squad (UP ATS) has got a big success in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. UP ATS has arrested seven illegal Rohingyas from Kanpur city. Along with this, an agent has also been arrested. Seven illegal Rohingyas arrested by UP ATS include 4 women, 3 men and an agent.
All these illegal Rohigyas were arrested near Jhakarkati bus stand in Kanpur on Saturday (May 6) around 6 pm. All of them crossed the India-Bangladesh border and came to Tripura. After this, these Rohingyas were living in Kanpur by making their fake Indian documents, voters and Aadhaar cards.
The police interrogated these arrested Rohingyas. It came to know that agents Anwar and Vimal Miyan brought all of them to Kanpur. He only got fake documents made in Kanpur. Since then he was living near the famous Girami Jhakarkati bus stand of the city.
Police released the names of all the arrested illegal Rohigyas
The police has also released the photos and names of all the illegal Rohigyas. According to the UP police, Subir Shabdakar (33 years), Mohd. Zakaria (38 years), Noor Mustafa (20 years), Shoaib (19 years), Noor Habiba (21 years), Farsa (20 years), Razia (19 years) and Sabkur Nahar (20 years) has been arrested.
The whole gang behind the Rohingyas works like this
According to the information given by the police, a whole gang works to settle illegal Rohingyas in the city. These Rohingyas are first brought to Bangladesh from Myanmar. After this, they are smuggled into Assam, Tripura, West Bengal through the international border. After entering these states of India, these Rohingyas are sent to other parts of the country via rail route. Where their fake documents, Aadhaar and voter cards are made. Where they carry out illegal activities.
