Shahjahanpur. On Wednesday, the police registered an FIR against seven people, including the businessman leader and the transport owner, for killing the manager. The manager’s father has accused him of beating him to death on a false allegation of missing the pieces of Bilti. In this episode, the police also searched CCTV footage at many places late night.
Shivam was electrocuted
Shivam Johri alias Anshul, a resident of Azizganj locality of Chowk Kotwali area, was working as a manager at Suri Transport located in Azizganj locality. On Tuesday night, he died under suspicious circumstances on the Kanhaiya hosiery of Neeraj Gupta, the district treasurer leader of the trade delegation, resident of Katiyatola Mohalla of Sadar area. Anshul’s father Adhish Johri registered an FIR at Chowk Kotwali against Neeraj Gupta, transport owner Bankim Suri, Kunal Arora, Shivam Gupta, Neeraj Gupta’s accountant, Keshav and other persons. He said that on Tuesday, an employee named Balaram, who worked on the transport, had told about Shivam getting electrocuted.
dead body was found in medical college
When I went to the Government Medical College, I found Shivam dead there. There were injury marks at many places on the body. Adhish Johri said that businessman Neeraj Gupta’s bilti piece had gone missing a few days ago. Those people had threatened to kill Shivam accusing him of missing the nag. It is alleged that all of them together killed him by beating and torturing him. The police registered an FIR against all.
Recording not found in CCTV
The police went to Neeraj Gupta’s establishment and searched the CCTV footage in the night itself but no recording was found there. CCTV footage installed in the Government Medical College was seen in the night itself, in which some people are seen bringing Shivam there.
Under the conspiracy, someone is trying to implicate on false charges. The work of repairing the lift installed at the establishment was going on on Tuesday. Because of which the electric wires were lying open. Shivam got electrocuted when his feet fell on the wires. Recording is not being done due to CCTV malfunction. On the basis of Tahrir, FIR has been registered. Recording has not been found in CCTV, it will be investigated. Further action will be taken on the same basis.
