Balrampur. Madhya Pradesh resident Mantole’s wife Rekha, son Kanha and daughter Lakshmi died under suspicious circumstances. Foam was coming out of the mouth of all three. Mantole’s son Kalicharan has been admitted to the Community Health Center due to his critical condition. It is being speculated that the family members may have consumed some toxic substance. The incident has spread sensation among the residents of the locality. Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Saxena inspected the spot. The whole family was living in the rented house of Antar Singh in Lalganj locality of Utraula in Balrampur.
Mantole is a resident of Baudkhari post Mohna police station Lahar district Bhind of Madhya Pradesh. He has been living in a rented house in Utraula for eight years and sets up a pani puri cart. It is said that the residents of the locality were worried when the door of his house did not open till late on Wednesday morning. Mantole’s children used to study in primary school Madhapur.
A distant relative of Mantole called Raghavendra Kumar, assistant teacher of the school, and told him to go to the children’s house and see. No one is receiving the phone. The teacher reached home and started banging on the door. By then the local resident also came there. The iron door was locked from inside. Fearing untoward incident, the assistant teacher called UP Dial 112. The police reached and cut the iron gate with the Glander machine. When the police team entered inside, foam came out of the mouths of Rekha, Lakshmi and Kanha. All three were lying on the bed.
Mantole was breathing heavily. The police team hurriedly took Mantole to the CHC. The police of Utraula Kotwali took the dead bodies of mother and son-daughter in their possession. The Superintendent of Police said that three members of the family died under suspicious circumstances. The cause of death will be known after getting the post mortem report. Efforts are being made to contact the family members of the deceased. Mantole has been referred to the district hospital.
