Kanpur. A relative of Vikas Dubey, the mastermind of the Bikeru incident, shot dead Kalyanpur block chief’s nephew in a dispute over a farm in Dhakapurwa village near Bilhaur Nanamau Ghat. Hearing the noise of the fire and the injured youth, a crowd of villagers gathered and caught the murdered father-son by laying all-round siege. After beating the accused, they were handed over to the police. The police took the injured to the Community Health Center. Where the doctors declared him dead.
Murder in the dispute started over the farm
- Police is interrogating the murdered father-son. Kalyanpur block chief Anuradha Awasthi’s majra of Nanamau is in Dhakapurwa.

- On seeing the uncle-nephew, the neighboring father-son started abusing them. When Guddu protested, the father-son fired with pistols and pistols.
- As soon as the fire started, Guddu sat down and a bullet hit Sharad on the left side of his chest. He fell as soon as he was shot. On which Guddu ran towards the village making noise.
- By laying siege with the help of the villagers, the villagers overpowered the father and son and beat them up. In which Jayant’s head also exploded. On information, Bilhaur police took Sharad to the Community Health Center.
- Where the doctors declared him dead. Police has started questioning the murdered father-son. The police is calling the murdered and the deceased family members, while the relatives of the deceased are denying this.
Used to do bullying to increase dominance
According to the villagers, Jayant used to bully every day to establish his supremacy in the village. Even before this, he has fired several times. According to the villagers, many cases are also registered against him. Although the family of the deceased is denying any kind of old enmity or old dispute.
Brother-in-law of murdered Vikas’s brother-in-law
According to the villagers, the accused Jayant is the cousin of Vikas Dubey’s brother-in-law Khilavan Pandey, a resident of Gangupur, the mastermind of the Bikru incident. According to sources, Vikas had learned the ropes of crime by staying at his brother-in-law Khilavan’s place. Not only this, he used to cut absconding while staying here.
Application letter was given on Saturday itself
Dinesh, the uncle of the deceased, told that Jayant used to threaten often. An application regarding this was given in the police station on Saturday itself, but the police kept taking the matter lightly. The result of the negligence of the police is that the murder took place.
