In many of these cases, the former municipal president is also named with him. The hearing of the cases was on Monday. Azam Khan also appeared in the court, while the former municipal president was brought from Moradabad jail to Rampur. He was accompanied by a inspector, head constable and two constables.
After leaving the court, Azam Khan spoke to the media personnel. During this, Azhar Khan also stood with him. In the video too, he is seen standing with Azam Khan. The police personnel were supposed to take him straight to the jail after the court hearing, but they did not do so.

Moradabad SSP was instructed to take action if the matter was found to be correct in the investigation. The DIG said that sub-inspector Ramesh Giri, head constable Mahendra Pal, constable Bharat and Monu Pal have been suspended.
BJP leader Akash Saxena had also raised objection in this matter. He said that Azhar Khan was allowed to stand with Azam Khan. This is the negligence of the police.
