Meerut. In the summer garden colony of Lisadi Gate police station area of Meerut, there was an explosion in the house of Intejar alias Intu on 60 Futa Road on Monday evening. The house of neighbors Sadaqat and Adil had even collapsed in the blast. In the accident, waiter’s daughter Shamina died on the spot. While eight others were injured. Whose treatment was going on in Delhi. Two people died during treatment on Sunday night. According to the police, Intere alias Intu along with his brother Mustakim used to make crackers illegally in the house.
Police sent two brothers to jail
After the accident, the police arrested both the brothers and sent them to jail. A large quantity of explosive material was recovered from them. Sunil Sharma, a resident of Bhatera village in Baghpat, had come to the summer garden to collect firecrackers. Then there was an explosion. In which Intu’s daughter was killed. Dhewate Ayan of Sunil and Intu was undergoing treatment in Delhi. Both died during treatment on Sunday night. CO Kotwali Arvind Chaurasia said that after the post-mortem, the body will be handed over to the relative. The search is on for the third accused Yunus, who will be arrested soon.
Debris removed immediately
Hearing the cries of the people trapped under the rubble, everyone rushed to the spot. The matter was informed to the police. Apart from the police administration, the team of Dakmal and Municipal Corporation had reached the spot. Immediately the work of clearing the debris was started. Amir Ghazi told that he had come to meet someone in the summer garden. At about 4:10 pm, there was a loud bang, which echoed in the ears for a long time. After that the roof and wall of the house started shaking like an earthquake. No one could understand what happened suddenly. After coming out inside the house, seeing the three houses turning into rubble, everyone was stunned. Neighbor Shamim told that the blast had also uprooted the cement of the wall inside his house.
Pulled from the rubble and sent to the hospital
Firemen Praveen Kumar, Nitin Kumar, Amit Kumar from the fire brigade helped a lot in evacuating people from the debris. They will be honored by the officers. Similarly, many people including SP leader Badar Ali, Imran Ansari, councilor Noor Alam, Shahid Abbasi from the general public took out people from the rubble and sent them for treatment.
