Lucknow. In Rampur, the health of MP Azam Khan and his former MLA son Abdullah Azam Khan, nominated in more than eight dozen cases, has improved a lot. After undergoing treatment for about three months at Lucknow’s Medanta Hospital, now both the people have become healthy. Azam Khan and his son, who were admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow from Sitapur district jail due to corona virus infection, are again returning to the district jail of Sitapur.
Azam Khan, a Samajwadi Party MP from Rampur and a cabinet minister in the Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav governments, is now returning to jail. After recovering from corona virus infection, MP Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam Khan will be shifted to the district jail Sitapur again on Tuesday. Azam Khan was admitted along with his son to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow on May 9. He was treated for about 95 days. An ambulance has been arranged to take Azam Khan and his son to Sitapur district jail.
Azam Khan got infected with Corona in the last week of April. Along with Azam Khan, who was lodged in the high security barracks of District Jail, Sitapur, his son Abdullah Azam Khan also got infected with Corona. There he was treated for 95 days. After the recovery of the MP and his son, the Sitapur district administration received information from the higher level on Tuesday morning. An ambulance has been sent to Lucknow with heavy security force to bring the MP and his son back to the district jail.
