There was a racist remark against the legendary batsman of the New Zealand team, Ross Taylor, at the Southampton ground.
In fact, on the fifth day of the match, when the New Zealand team was batting, some people from the crowd present in the stadium made racist remarks against Kiwi batsman Ross Taylor. Regarding this incident, a fan wrote on Twitter that ICC pay attention, some of the spectators present here have been using abusive words against the New Zealand team for the whole day, while also making racist remarks against their batsman Ross Taylor.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) took immediate cognizance of this and they were identified by sending security officials and two of them were immediately thrown out of the field. However, it was not complained by Ross Taylor or the Kiwi team, because they may not even have any idea what the spectators sitting in the stadium are doing, but some fans complained about it to the ICC and the ICC immediately took action on it.
If we talk about the match, then New Zealand team, playing 101/2 ahead, lost all their wickets by scoring 249 runs on the fifth day of the match. In this way, the Kiwis got a lead of 32 runs, as India were reduced to 217 runs in the first innings. At the same time, India has scored 64/2 in the second innings.
