Lucknow. Seeing the ever increasing cases of Corona virus infection in Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi Adityanath has taken a big step. In order to curb the rapidly growing infection of the corona virus in the state, it has now been directed to call fifty percent employees in government and private offices in four cities of the state.
Additional Chief Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad said that on the instructions of CM Yogi Adityanath, only 50 percent employees will be called in government and private offices in the four districts with high infection. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to implement the system in Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and Prayagraj.
Additional Chief Secretary informed that with this, vaccination festival will be celebrated in the state from April 11 to April 14. In this, the Health Department team will go to government and private offices in all the districts and vaccinate 45 people. Guidelines have been issued on behalf of the government to set up a Kovid help desk in all levels of offices of the departments of the state to protect against Kovid-19. Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari said that all the departments of Directorate, Directorate, Divisional and District level offices, block level, all levels of all departments for accurate information of rescue and prevention and information on facilities of government for control of Kovid-19. In the offices / offices of the affiliates or allied institutions where a large number of citizens come for regular services. Guidelines were issued in the past regarding setting up of Kovid Help Desk. Every employee will be deployed for two weeks on a roster basis at the Kovid Help Desk. A second employee will be posted on completion of the two-week period. The personnel posted at the help desk will be confronted with the general information required for the Kovid-19.
Masks and globs will be worn regularly by the staff posted at the Kovid help desk and arrangements will be made to maintain a minimum distance of 2 yards while contacting visitors. Availability of sanitizer thermal scanner and pulse oximeter will be ensured at the Kovid help desk. Oxygen saturation of symptomatic people will be investigated with a pulse oximeter. Necessary training will be given to the personnel concerned for this. If its reading is less than 94 percent, the case will be referred to the Chief Medical Officer, CAC, District Hospital nearby. The pulse oximeter will be sterilized with hydrogen peroxide after each experiment. Kovid Help Desk All employees will be motivated to download the Arogya Setu App and make active use of it.
The Head of Office and Covid Help Desk will also ensure that tobacco products are not used in the office area. The office head will also ensure that if an employee suffers from cough, fever, difficulty in breathing, sore throat, then such employee does not come on duty. Individuals suffering from cough, fever, trouble breathing, sore throat, identified during screening of Kovid Help Desk, will be immediately reported to the state toll free number 1800-180-5145 or District Control Room of Health Department. The Chief Secretary has instructed all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and all Divisional Commissioners and District Magistrates, all Chief Medical Officers and other concerned officials to ensure strict compliance of the above guidelines.
