Whereas 70% of the roll is in exercise to reduce weight, then 30% of diet. Therefore, aiming to lose weight completely by depending on the workout cannot be completed easily and quickly. Sometimes you have heard the suggestion of drinking spices like cumin, celery, sometimes lemon, honey water, which are also very effective, but there is one more thing that will help you in weight loss and that is sprouts. 1. Moong and Chickpea Gram Salad
Take equal quantity of whole moong and kabuli gram and keep it to soak for 6-7 hours. Then remove it from the water and tie it in a clean and cotton cloth and leave it for overnight. Once the sprouts come out, take them out in a bowl and add finely chopped carrots, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cucumber, lemon juice and salt and mix them.
2. Plain Moong Spouts Salad
Heat a little oil in the pan. Add the tempering of mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Mix chopped ginger and green chillies. Mix moong sprouts, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and cook for 1 minute and enjoy.
3. Fenugreek Sprouts and Potato Salad
Soak 1 cup of fenugreek in water overnight. When they sprout, cut them. Remove from water and keep in a bowl. Add chopped onions, boiled potatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and toss and eat.
4. Sprouts and Fruit Salad
Add 1 cup moong sprouts, half a cup of water, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt to the pan and cook until one to two whistles come. Remove the spouts from the water and separate them. Now add chopped banana, apple, pomegranate, lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, salt and pepper powder, mix well and eat.
