Lakhimpur The four girls who went missing from the Sadar Kotwali area on Monday under suspicious circumstances, have recovered safely on Wednesday. These four girls had gone to visit Uttarakhand. The police team here has recovered the girl students by going there. The police team is preparing to go there and bring the girl students. There was a stir in police and administration for 48 hours.
Three of the high school and one student of the Inter College of the city had left home on Monday morning to go to college, but neither reached there nor returned home. After finding them at potential locations, the distraught Hal Parivar had reported the matter to the Sadar Kotwali police late on Monday evening, after which the police who were in action started registering an FIR to investigate the case.
Technical team mobilized location
SP Vijay Dhul had engaged six different police teams led by ASP Arun Kumar Singh and CO City Arvind Kumar Verma to search the girl students, who besides Lakhimpur, were also investigating in nearby districts Sitapur, Lucknow. As well as footage and other technical help from CC cameras including surveillance. On Tuesday, it was revealed that the students had boarded a roadways bus from Lakhimpur to Sitapur. Where she went next to him was not known until Tuesday evening. However, after this, the police team continued to gather information with the help of informers, including various technical sources, and came to know about the girl students on Wednesday morning.
Girls were broken in the hotel
SP Vijay Dhul said that the girls had left for the purpose of visiting Uttarakhand from here. There she stayed in a hotel under Muni ki Reti police station in Tehri Garhwal district. From where they have been safely recovered. The police team of Lakhimpur who went to Uttarakhand will bring back the girl students from there. Uttarakhand Police has also got full support in the recovery of girl students. For this, the SP has thanked the SP of Tehri Garhwal and his entire team. The SP also said that he has announced an award of Rs 25,000 and a citation to the team of the Kheiri police stationed for the recovery of the girl students.
