New Delhi. A Delhi court on Tuesday granted bail to climate activist Disha Ravi in the Greta Thanberg ‘toolkit’ conspiracy case. Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana allowed the accused to be granted bail on the condition of two sureties of Rs 1 lakh each.
During a three-hour bail hearing on 20 February, the police had said that the ‘toolkit’ was designed to discredit India and incite violence.
Additional Solicitor General S.V. “To hide their involvement, the Poetic Justice Foundation and the Sikhs for Justice used Disha Ravi as a front to carry out the activity,” Raju said in court.
He also said that these organizations are associated with the Khalistani movement.
