On this demand, the Chief Minister said that the band Baja and road lights can be used by following the Kovid 19 protocol by making a reasonable distance in the prescribed number of 100.

The village heads met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and spoke on Sunday. The delegation of Rashtriya Panchayati Raj Gram Panchayat Sangathan met the Chief Minister under the leadership of District President Prahlad Singh and demanded the formation of an administrative committee on the termination of the tenure of the Panchayats. More than 162 works of development approved, foundation stone will be put together
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that for the convenience of the people in the metropolis, more than 162 development works involving road and drain construction have been approved. The foundation stone of all the works will be together, in the same mohallas where those works are to be done. Senior and elite citizens will also be present in this program along with officials of all organizations. The Chief Minister gave this information while meeting with the officials of BJP and Hindu Yuva Vahini on Sunday morning. He said that these works will be done by the Rural Engineering Services and District Urban Development Agency (Duda). All works have to be completed within two and a half months. The Chief Minister said that the public will get better facilities on completion of construction work on major roads as well as interior areas. The work related to the drain will be according to the Ladar Survey so that the problem of water logging can be overcome. He said that incomplete drains will be completed soon.
Hanging wires will get relief soon
The Chief Minister said that bamboo metropolis or shabby wires hanging on the roads in the metropolis will get relief soon. For this, the electricity department has approved the proposal. These works will be completed soon. The outer wards which form part of the city are also involved in the work of electrification. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the eco-tourism video prepared by the Forest Department at 2.30 pm on Sunday. Chief Minister inaugurated two short films on eco-tourism
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated two short films focusing on eco-tourism on the occasion of World Tourism Day at Gorakhnath Temple. These films have been produced by the Forest Department. The Chief Minister said that tourism does not only mean tourist spots or entertainment, it brings us closer to nature as well as opens the door to endless possibilities of employment. He said that employment opportunities will be made available through tourism. While congratulating the people of Tourism Day, he said that this time the theme of World Tourism Day is tourism and rural development. Work is being done with a view to develop the endless possibilities of tourism in rural areas, including Gorakhpur, to provide employment to the people through it and to further the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaign for self-reliant India. Appreciating the films made by the Heritage Foundation, he said that Uttar Pradesh also has endless possibilities in terms of tourism. There are many such places in Gorakhpur and the surrounding area, which have been developed in terms of eco-tourism. Spread over an area of 428 sq km, the western area of the Gandak River, Sohgibarwa Forest Division of Maharajganj district is a major center of eco-tourism.
