Murder accused beaten up in police custody while leaving the court
Sahil Shukla and Muskaan Rastogi were presented by the police in the court of ACJM 2 in the evening. The court ordered both of them to be remanded and sent to jail. Meanwhile, a crowd of advocates gathered outside the court.
They beat up Sahil Shukla and Muskaan while making them sit in the jeep while leaving the court. There was also an altercation with the policemen who came to intervene. However, after laying siege, the police took both the murder accused directly from the court to the jail.
