According to a news of India Today, BCCI can change the rules after Kohli’s statement. Now if the players want to keep their families with them, they can apply to the board.
These are the current rules regarding family for players –
Players who stay outside India for more than 45 days during foreign tours, their partners and children below 18 years of age can stay with them for two weeks once in every series. They can stay with the family only for 14 days. Players have also been banned from taking their personal staff. However, now the rule regarding family can change.
