After reprimanding the government in the case of vandalism, assault and extortion in the Janakpuri restaurant of Premnagar, Bareilly, on Thursday, Amit Saxena, the nephew of Minister of State for Forests, Dr. Arun Kumar, tightened the noose. Section 307 of attempt to murder was increased in the FIR written against the accused.
As soon as Section 307 was raised, the accused Amit Saxena was arrested. The car used in the incident was also recovered. Police is also engaged in interrogation by taking two others into custody.
Amit Saxena, the accused in the hospitality restaurant located in Janakpuri, Premnagar, created a ruckus with his colleagues on Tuesday night. In the FIR written against the accused in Premnagar police station, restaurant operator Sushant Kashyap told that the accused came when the employees were eating food at the restaurant.
It was about half past 11 at night. As soon as he came, he said that I am Amit Saxena, the nephew of the Minister of State for Forests. If you want to run a restaurant, you will have to pay one lakh rupees a month. After this the accused went away. Threatened again and with the intention of killing his life, he ran with his companions with a rod. In the third time, the accused tried to kill him by climbing the car.
Somehow, everyone ran for their lives. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed at the restaurant, which was broadcast on internet media. When the matter became the subject of headlines in the media, the next day on Wednesday, an FIR was written against the accused in extortion, assault, threats and other sections.
The police got gritty in their own ingenuity
In the complaint letter given by the restaurant operator in the matter, it was clearly written that the attack was done with the intention of killing. Drive towards the staff. Somehow, he ran to save his life. Despite this, the FIR was written in sections 147, 384, 504 and 506. There is no arrest under these sections for punishment of less than seven years.
The matter reached the government, after which the police got caught in their own tricks. In the complaint letter, the police was caught in the non-inclusion of section 307 even though there was evidence like assault with the intention of killing, driving the vehicle and CCTV footage. After the grimace, section 307 was increased in a hurry.
First agreement, now said action should be taken
Bareilly Police has already got a lot of grit in cases related to BJP leaders. There is a history of police coming on the back foot every time. Therefore, in the case on Wednesday, when the FIR was written against the nephew of the Minister of State for Forests, the operator said that there would be a settlement in the matter.
Accordingly, the operator reached the Premnagar police to give the agreement, but the police refused. After the arrest of accused Amit Saxena, director Naresh Kashyap said that absolutely action should be taken. On Wednesday, the agreement was given at the behest of the people of the area. It is very important to take action against such people so that they can not do this to anyone in future.

Director Naresh Kashyap even said that the police is not taking such action. The Forest Minister himself wants that action should be taken against him. Only then the entire police administration got involved in the arrest of the accused.

After the FIR was written, the accused Amit Saxena expressed pain on the internet media. He was angry with the media. Even wrote that fear the above, goodnight. It is clear that the accused was already apprehensive of being surrounded.
