Lucknow. Before the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, small parties are preparing to take the field to assess their strength in the panchayat elections. This election which is to be held before the general election is considered very important.
About half a dozen parties have already prepared for the panchayat elections. Chaudhary Ajit Singh’s party RLD, which has been marginalized in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, is also trying to regain its lost base on the pretext of panchayat elections. Ralod feels that by taking advantage of those angry with the farmers’ movement and the ruling party, once again he can become a respectable position in the assembly elections by doing better in the panchayat elections. If the conditions are not good then the roads can be difficult.
The Aam Aadmi Party, the ruling party of Delhi, is also sharpening its arms over the battle for panchayat elections. State in-charge and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh has been preparing the strategy of panchayat elections for a long time. Vaibhav Maheshwari, the chief spokesperson of the party, says, “The Aam Aadmi Party will contest the panchayat elections of UP on its own. For this, committees are being formed at the assembly and block level. Approximately 80 per cent committees have been formed. Applications can be sought for candidates. In view of the elections, the ministers of Delhi have also been put on the front. We will also get success in the elections. ”
Apart from this, Shivpal’s party Progressive is also preparing from the mood to contest panchayat elections. Former minister Om Prakash Rajbhar is also going to field Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party in the panchayat elections. He is managing at the booth level for this.
Omprakash Rajbhar said, “We will field candidates from wherever our organization is. We will definitely get success in this election. Our fight is with BJP. Because no party has reached rural areas except BJP.” . ”
Apart from this, Apna Dal Sone Lal, Azad Samaj Party (Bhim Army) is constantly engaged in the effort to make its place through the panchayat elections.
Politics expert Rajiv Srivastava says, “Small to large parties participate in panchayat elections. If a party wins some seats, it is considered a big success. Because the foundation of the party is considered to be rural area. It Elections are considered to be quite important for the expansion of the party and strengthening the organization. “
