The court commissioner’s report has not been filed yet in the case of Jama Masjid dispute in Sambhal. The lawyers of the Jama Masjid side have lodged an objection on this. The lawyers have expressed doubts about the delay in the report in the court. The lawyers have requested the court not to give more time to file the report. At the same time, the court commissioner has asked for 15 days. The court commissioner has said that if his health remains good, he can submit the report within 15 days.
On the order of the Supreme Court, the court commissioner’s report can be given in a sealed envelope on January 6. At the same time, the lawyers of the Muslim side have objected to the advance date given for the report in the court. The hearing of the Jama Masjid will be held in the Supreme Court on January 8. Earlier, 10 days’ time was sought from the civil judge to present the report on November 29. In fact, during the hearing on Monday, Ramesh Singh Raghav Court Commissioner cited his ill health.
Muslim side lawyer Sadar Zafar Ali said that he will register an objection on giving an advance date for filing the report. He also informed that preparations are being made to file a writ in the High Court. On the other hand, in the case of the Court Commissioner not presenting the survey report in the Shahi Jama Masjid case, Jama Masjid’s panel advocate Advocate Qasim Jamal and Advocate and Jama Masjid Secretary Masood Farooqui have said that all their preparations are done, after the report is presented, they will go to the Supreme Court.
Masood Farooqui said that according to the Supreme Court’s order, the Court Commissioner has to present the report in a sealed envelope. After presenting the report in a sealed envelope, he will get the file. After that he will register an objection. Full preparations are going on from their side, the entire panel has prepared a documentary. The panel is formed under the leadership of Advocate Zafar Ali, who is the Jama Masjid Sadar. He said that the Jama Masjid side had given full cooperation in the survey that was conducted on the 24th. Meanwhile, there was a dispute between the police and the public. All the committee members were inside. Whatever happened was very sad. Whatever document is presented on behalf of Jama Masjid, we will register our objection on it.
