Later, after a lot of persuasion, both the parties reached a compromise and all the wedding formalities could be completed. The matter is being told of Sartaj Baraatghar of Nawabganj police station area in Bareilly. According to the local people, the wedding procession had come to Sartaj Baraatghar. On one hand the wedding formalities are being completed, on the other hand food was being served to the baraatis. During this, some baraatis did not get leg piece in the chicken biryani. When the baraatis first objected to this, the bride’s family also replied in the opposite direction. This angered both the parties and within no time both the parties started kicking and punching each other.

Meanwhile, the groom also joined the ruckus with the baraatis. During this fight, someone made a video and posted it on social media. Within no time, this video started going viral. According to the Nawabganj police station, no party has lodged any complaint regarding this incident. According to the police, action will be taken against the concerned person on receiving the complaint. On the other hand, according to the baraatis, after the ruckus that lasted for about an hour, the people of the groom’s side refused to marry.
Formalities completed after agreement
