Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s elder brother Ayazuddin has been arrested by Muzaffarnagar Police. There are allegations of fraud against him. After the matter came to light, Budhana police station of Muzaffarnagar district started investigation against him. The allegation was that Ayazuddin had fraudulently issued orders to the Consolidation Department from the DM Court. After which the case was found to be fake during investigation. A complaint in this regard was given in the police station on behalf of DM Court’s Peshkar Rajkumar. After which Budhana police station had registered a case.
Copy of fake order was given to Consolidation Department
Apart from Ayazuddin, his opponent Javed was also mentioned in this case. The actor’s elder brother Ayazuddin son of Nawabuddin is a resident of Kajiwada Mohalla of Budhana town. There is a dispute going on regarding the land. It is alleged that he had given a copy of orders for his agricultural land to the Consolidation Department on December 12, 2023.
In which it was claimed that the dispute has been settled in their favor. It was claimed that these orders have been issued from the DM Court on December 8, 2023. After which the department got the investigation done in case of doubt. In which it was revealed that no such order was issued from the DM court. Ayazuddin misled the department by giving a fake letter. Deputy District Magistrate Budhana had conducted his investigation in the matter and submitted his report on 29 February 2024.
Ayazuddin Siddiqui has already faced serious allegations of hurting religious sentiments. Under the alleged allegations, he had posted on Facebook against a particular community. After which a case was registered against him. Allegations were made against him on behalf of a Hindu organization.
