A case of painful death of an elderly person due to attack by a bull has come to light from Bareilly, the city of Uttar Pradesh Livestock Minister Dharampal and Forest Minister Dr. Arun Kumar. In the Central State Colony of the city, a stray bull mauled to death a retired sugarcane manager who was out for a morning walk. The bull, which had become violent, kept hitting them with its horns continuously. The old man died a painful death on the spot.
The Municipal Corporation team that arrived to catch the bull put a rope around its neck. The bull also died after the rope got stuck around its neck. The incident created a stir in the area. This entire incident was recorded in the CCTV camera installed there. The police wanted to send the body for post-mortem but the son of the deceased refused to take any action.
The violent bull killed him by thrashing him with his horns.
Bull production was there for a long time in Sanjay Nagar of Baradari police station area. On Wednesday morning, 70-year-old Karna Shankar Pandey, resident of Central State Colony, had gone out for a walk. He had retired from the post of cane manager in sugarcane mill. He was going back to his home while walking. Suddenly a bull attacked him at some distance from his house. He fell on the ground due to the attack. The bull, which had become violent, kept attacking them with its horns continuously. He died painfully on the spot due to the horn entering his stomach. The bull did not stop here, it continued to stomp on his dead body as well.

Since the area was deserted in the morning, Karna Shankar’s body remained lying there. When he did not reach home after a long time, his son Akshay came out of the house to see him. He saw his father in a bloody condition and took him to a private hospital where the doctor declared him dead. When the CCTV cameras of the area were checked regarding the incident, footage of the attack by the bull came out which is rapidly going viral.
It was put around the bull’s neck and it resulted in death.
The incident sparked anger among the people of the area against the Municipal Corporation for stray animals. Municipal corporation workers reached the spot to catch the bull. They put a rope around the bull’s neck to catch it. He died due to strangulation due to excessive pull on the rope. People say that Uttar Pradesh’s Livestock Minister Dharampal and Forest Minister Dr. Arun Kumar are from this district. There is terror of stray animals in their city. No action is being taken on this issue due to which people’s lives are in danger.
