After the result of LLB 2nd year re-examination of Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Agra was declared without checking the answer sheets, a failed student tried to commit suicide in Shri Varshney Mahavidyalaya campus on Friday, however, the police did not allow it to happen. While snatching the matchbox from the student, the police forcibly removed his clothes soaked in petrol. Angry students wrote letters addressed to the Governor in their own blood and handed them over to the Principal. Also gave a memorandum. Raised a lot of slogans. Students told that the re-examination of LLB first, second and third year of Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Agra was held in Shrivarshney Mahavidyalaya from June 6 to 9, 2023. The results were declared on 18 July, while the LLB 2nd year answer sheets were sent to the university on 21 July. Many students failed due to declaration of results without evaluation. Since then he has been continuously campaigning for re-examination. Meeting the Vice-Chancellor on 26 August, he formed an inquiry committee, whose report was to come in two days. The report has not come till date.

The answer sheets of five students were examined by teachers nominated by the Principal of SV College and no discrepancy was found. In the interest of students, it has been decided to conduct special examination of LLB second year students who failed in re-examination.
