New Delhi. With the second test match against the West Indies, Virat Kohli’s name got another achievement. The 100th Test match being played between India and West Indies at Port of Spain is Kohli’s 500th international match. He is the fourth player from India to play 500 international matches. Before him, this achievement is recorded in the names of Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
Having made his international debut under Dhoni in August 2008 against Sri Lanka in Dambulla, Virat has come a long way. Virat has played 111 Tests, 274 ODIs and 115 T20 matches. He is at number five in terms of scoring the most runs in ODI history. In ODIs, Virat has 12898 runs in 274 matches, including 46 centuries.
