A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. Here an 18-year-old girl was gang-raped in front of her fiancé. Not only this, the accused made a video of the gang-rape and made it viral. Everyone is shocked to see the audacity of the criminals. The police have arrested two accused in this very serious case, the remaining four other accused are absconding, for whom the Bijnor police is searching.
A girl from a village under Kiratpur police station in Bijnor was engaged to a young man named Prince Kumar. On the evening of May 10, her fiancé had come to meet her at the girl’s farm. Both of them were busy sitting together and talking, when six youths named Nitin, Lavish, Bali, Ashu, Robin and Sumit reached the farm.
Gang-rape of girl in front of fiancé
The accused gang-raped the girl in front of the girl’s fiancé Prince. Not only this, a video of the gang-rape was also made to keep his mouth shut. They threatened to make the video viral if she told anyone. The victim of gang rape did not tell anyone these things for fear of the video going viral. But after thinking for three-four days, she gathered courage and went to Kiratpur police station and filed a written complaint about the gang rape and demanded to register a case.
Two accused in police custody
This incident created a stir in the police department. Kiratpur police registered a case under the crime acts 70(1)351(2),67a, 115(2),3(5)(8) related to making videos for the purpose of gang rape and blackmailing and started investigation. In this case, Bijnor’s Senior Superintendent of Police Abhishek Jha said that Bali, Lavish, Nitin had called their other friends on phone. There was some beating and scuffle with the girl’s fiancé Prince. Three police teams were deployed to investigate the entire incident, on which the police took action and arrested Bali and Lavish. Police are busy searching for the remaining absconding accused.
